Baking Artisan Bread

I mix the dough in the plastic ware, then let it rise for
about 2 hours.  ... I used half of the dough for the 2 loaves.

Half way through baking.

All done! The cooling time takes forever!
Can't wait to break into and have some Lemon Curd on a huge slice.
